
As a digital seller, one of the most exciting parts of the job is getting paid. But what if someone bought your product, and… you haven’t received the payment yet? Don’t panic—let’s go through a quick checklist before jumping to conclusions.
1. 💳 Has the Buyer Completed the Payment?
s.id Shop uses an automated payment system, which means your buyer must successfully complete the payment before it shows up in your dashboard.
✅ Check the order status in your dashboard – is it marked as “Paid” or still “Pending”? ❌ If it’s still pending, the buyer may not have finalized the payment yet.
2. ⏳ Payment Processing Takes Time
If the order status is already marked “Paid” but you still don’t see the funds in your account, keep in mind that payouts are not always instant.
📌 Transfers typically take 1–2 business days to process (excluding weekends and public holidays). 📌 Some delays may also occur depending on your bank’s processing time.
3. 🧾 Did You Enter the Correct Payout Info?
Double-check that you have:
Entered the correct bank account number or e-wallet info
Used the exact name registered on your bank account
Made no typos in your payout details
📍 You can check or update this info in your s.id Shop dashboard under “Account Settings.”
