How to Submit a Refund:
If you feel the need to submit a refund for a digital product purchase, you can directly contact the S.id Helpdesk team via the following email:
Make sure to include the following information in the email:
- S.id account name
- Product name and store link
- Proof of payment or invoice
- Clear reason for requesting a refund
Refund Terms:
Refunds can only be submitted under the following conditions:
- The product is not received by the Buyer.
- The product does not match the description.
- Refund requests must be made a maximum of 1x24 hours after the product is received (based on proof of shipping receipt).
- The Buyer is required to upload supporting evidence (photos/videos) when submitting a refund.
- The Seller has a maximum of 1x24 hours to respond to the refund request.
- If there is no agreement, s.id has the right to be a mediator and the Platform's decision is final.
