1. Acceptance of Terms
By filling out and submitting the .kop.id domain registration form at s.id/koperasi, you agree to all the terms stated in this document. If you do not agree, please discontinue the registration process.
2. General Requirements
Eligibility: Only legally established unions in Indonesia that meet the following criteria are eligible to register:
Possess a Union Identification Number (Nomor Induk Koperasi/NIK).
Have reported at least 2 Annual Member Meetings in the last 3 years.
Already have an independent ODS Account.
The registrant must have a valid s.id account (register for a new account if you do not already have one).
Data Accuracy:
All information entered in the form must be accurate, complete, and consistent with the union's official documents.
S.id reserves the right to cancel the registration if data discrepancies are found.
3. User Obligations
Required Documents:
Upload a Request Letter following the template at s.id/template-pengajuan.
The file must be in PDF format (maximum 2MB).
Microsite:
Select or create a Microsite as needed. If creating a new one, ensure the Microsite name does not infringe on the copyrights or trademarks of others.
.kop.id Domain:
The domain name must reflect the official identity of the union (e.g., namaunion.kop.id).
S.id reserves the right to reject domain names containing SARA elements, copyright infringement, or violations of the law.
4. Registration Process
Verification:
Domain registration is not automatic. The s.id team will verify the documents within 1-5 business days.
The application status will be sent to the registered email.
Domain Ownership:
Approved domains become the property of the union, not individuals or third parties.
The union is fully responsible for the use of the domain.
5. Rights and Obligations of s.id
Domain Cancellation:
S.id reserves the right to cancel/deactivate a domain if:
There is a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
The union no longer meets the eligibility requirements.
There is an official request from authorities.
Policy Changes:
S.id may update the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will be available at s.id/koperasi.
6. Prohibitions
The use of the .kop.id domain is prohibited for:
Illegal activities (fraud, phishing, etc.).
Disseminating SARA or pornographic content.
Intellectual property rights violations.
7. Liability
Limitation of Liability:
S.id is not responsible for:
Losses due to technical errors, delays, or domain cancellations.
Misuse of the domain by the owner/third parties.
Domain ownership conflicts between unions.

The union's data and uploaded documents will only be used for domain verification purposes. The full privacy policy can be accessed at s.id/privacy-policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to domain registration will be resolved through mediation based on Indonesian law.
