Who can join this event? Here are the requirements and mechanisms.

General

1. Who can join this THR sharing program? Open to the public, at least 17 years old and domiciled in Indonesia.
2. When is the registration period for this program? The program period runs from March 1 to 21, 2025.
3. How do I join this program?
4. Are users who subscribe via voucher/promo codes allowed to participate? No. Only participants who subscribe directly (without vouchers/promos) are eligible.
5. Are monthly and annual package subscriptions equally valid? Yes, as long as the subscription is active during the period 1–21 March 2025.
6. What happens if my subscription is inactive during that period? You are not eligible. The subscription must be active without a break in the period 1–21 March 2025.
7. How do I get a draw number? The draw number is automatically given after you meet all the requirements (active paid account + filling out the invoice form).
8. When and where is the draw held? The draw via Spinwheel will be broadcast live on Instagram @home.s.id on March 25, 2025.
9. What are the prizes for the winners?
10. Where can I access the invoice form? The form is available at s.id/ramadan.
11. Do I have to have Instagram to enter the draw? Not mandatory, but the draw is only broadcast on Instagram @home.s.id. Make sure you monitor the account for the final results.
12. How do I check if I'm registered? Make sure you have filled out the form and received confirmation of the draw number via email/notification from S.id.
13. How will the prizes be sent? The S.id team will contact the winners via email/registered account after the draw for the prize distribution process.
14. Are participants outside Indonesia allowed to participate? No. Only for those domiciled in Indonesia.
15. Is there a limit to the number of participants? Not stated, as long as they meet the requirements, all participants are eligible to participate.
16. Can participants ask further questions? Yes, contact the S.id team via customer service on the website/app or DM Instagram @home.s.id.
